Abstract Jurisprudence, or the practical dimension of the law, and education as a whole human development process, gave a special place to his personal and social life. The interaction of these two arenas with a progression of human life and cultural and social developments in a desirable Qur'anic society has found a new message. The present research is based on analytical-descriptive method and Qur'anic, jurisprudential-narrative approach, which aims to answer the question of what are the common dimensions and principles of interaction of these two important areas in a desirable society of the Holy Qur'an? Findings of the research indicate that the combination of jurisprudence as a religious knowledge and education as a process that increases the perfection of humanity will lead to the establishment of social-religious education and achieve optimum perfection. Systematization in these two areas in common dimensions and principles has led to the cultivation of a desirable religious community of the Qur'an and, while presenting new subjects in the field of ijtihad and jurisprudence, makes the people of society subject to jurisprudence and jurisprudential rulings, and the religious education process is of great help.
