Justice as a principle that is considered and researched in theology, ethics, jurisprudence, principles and other scientific topics. Undoubtedly, it has a high position in the knowledge of jurisprudence and plays a role in many jurisprudential issues. Because the foundation of Islamic jurisprudence, in addition to the principle of following the rules, is one of the interests and evils of the self, and of course the principle of goodness and ugliness of reason and the principle of authority of reason is based on the principle of justice. Therefore, the main question that can be asked in the present article is whether the jurisprudential concept of justice can be deduced from the verse "Adlwa hu is closest to piety"? Because the verses of the Qur'an are one of the sources for deriving the rules of jurisprudence and the principle of justice is the measure and criterion for the issuance of many jurisprudential rules. The present article has analyzed this issue with a descriptive-analytical method and relying on authentic religious sources, library data. The approach of this article, citing the opinions of jurists and commentators, is the principle of justice from the intellectual independence of individuals, whose jurisprudential meaning in the verse is an emphasis on the interests and prevention of corruption, which must be observed by all members of human society in all individual and social relations. It can play an important role in strengthening family foundations.
