Mental health in the Qur’anic framework is an existential quality that goes beyond the mere absence of clinical symptoms and is grounded in inner serenity, self-regulation, and monotheistic meaning-making. Using a descriptive-analytical interpretive method, this study examines how the components of mental health contribute to the emotional stability of the family. The findings indicate that the Qur’an presents the family as a sacred setting for the realization of tranquility, affection, and mercy, and regards the psychological balance of spouses as the principal mediating variable in the flourishing of these fundamental functions. An examination of ethical-psychological components such as trust in God, patience, forgiveness, and positive regard shows that these constructs, by managing internal tensions, moderating marital expectations, and activating restorative and communicative mechanisms, prevent the erosion of the emotional bond between spouses. Ultimately, the systematic analysis of the study leads to the presentation of a dialectical model in which the mental and monotheistic health of family members provides the foundation for the family’s psychological peace, while a stable and resilient family, as a supportive system, in turn reproduces the psychological resilience of its members in the face of environmental challenges.
